Version control
Most powerful features are those, that work automatically and that are easy to understand. Document versioning give every document version number, that say how many times has the document been changed. So it's easy to see if the printed contract you have to approve is the same version that is saved in eFiles system. Document versioning works totally automatically and users can't affect it.
